Jeff is one of the founding partners of Bloomer Russell Beaupain. His varied practice experience covers Estate Planning and Administration, Wills, Trust Planning, Powers of Attorney, Incapacity Planning, Family Camp Legacy Planning, Special Needs Trusts, Medicaid Asset Protection, Business and Consumer Law and Management, Corporations, Elder Law, Torts, and Relief from Financial Exploitation.

Jeff is a native of Millinocket, Maine, a graduate of Colby College, and received his law degree from Maine Law in 1992. Jeff worked for a big law firm in Portland before spending ten years in the airport and airline business. He brings a wealth of real-world experiences to legal issues and enjoys spending his spare time either at camp or flying antique airplanes about the countryside.
